Its a long running theme on this site, everyone loves the Royal Shed but they no longer seem to be easily available.
The company was taken over by Barrette Outdoor Living (www.barretteoutdoorliving.com) you can try to contact them on 877-362-3409.
If the shed is less than 10 years old then it is covered by a guarantee and they will be replaced free of charge (several visitors have done this). However it sounds that your shed is considerably older than this.
